5 OUTSTANDING FESTIVALS IN SEPTEMBER 2021

The first weekend of September is on fire! We have compiled a list of the five most interesting EDM festivals, that will take place this weekend in the US and UK.

2021 has been a strange year with all of the pushbacks and cancellations of many events. With more open measures and a fervent audience proclaiming good music, we can now say festivals have officially returned.

PINKNIC FESTIVAL (4-5 September)

PINKINC

Pinknic returns in September 2021 for its five year anniversary. Launched in Governors Island, New York City, attendees will be able to catch ferries for free anytime after 11:00 am from Manhattan.

“There will be plenty of rosé, frosé, champagne”, food and cocktail gardens, different activities and of course live bands and world-class DJs. Sofi Tukker, The Frenchies, Breakboat or Juan MacLean are some of the artists that will rock the stage.

All guests must be at least 21 years of age and the festival invites you to dress in pink or white to maintain the essence of the brand.

LOST IN DREAMS (4-5 September)

Taking place in Downtown Las Vegas Center, Lost in Dreams comes to the US to make you move with the best artists. Washed Out, Two Lanes Star Seed, Vanic and Kaivon are part of this complete lineup spread in 3 stages of bass, dubstep and dance music.

This festival promises an immersive experience, as such, walking through the surroundings feels like being in a ´dream´. The festival will open its doors on Saturday the 4th at 4 pm.

If you are more than 18-years old and you are in the city of entertainment, don´t miss this opportunity.

ELECTRIC ZOO (3-5 September)

Electric Zoo turns the green Randall’s Island Park into every festival-goers dream. Located along the East River between Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx, the island is centrally located in New York City. An incredible three-day experience in the city that never sleeps.

There are 4 stages: the Main Stage, Hiltop Arena, Riverside and Brownies&Lemonade, with an array of performers from Alan Walker, Crystal Skies, Sippy, Joyryde, Mime, Steve Aoki, TÏesto, Jvna, Night Tales, Ace Aura and Rinzen among others.

Admission to Electric Zoo New York is strictly for ages 18 and over. 

LOVE SAVES THE DAY FESTIVAL (4-5 September)

Love Saves The Day is moving to Clifton Downs, Bristol, for one of the biggest celebrations of music in the UK. 6 stages and more than 100 artists such as Orbital, DJ EZ, Gorgon City, Skream, Krept & Konan, Roni Size, Goldie, Flava D, Fisher, Peggy Gou, DJ Harvey, Shy FX or Andy C among others are confirmed to perform.

The festival is an over 18s event and doors will open at 12 pm on both days, with music finishing at 11 pm on Saturday and 10 pm on Sunday. No camping is available and you can either choose to get the one day or purchase a weekend ticket.

ELEMENTS LAKEWOOD FESTIVAL (3-6 September)

As its name says this festival flows around the idea of the Four Elements; Water, Earth, Fire and Air. Elements Lakewood will take place in the bucolic hills of Northeastern Pennsylvania and has a summer camp format.

Each element represents one kind of music from psychedelic, bass, techno and ambient to funk, reggae and disco and there are four stages named after these natural phenomenons. Bob Moses, Yotto, Desert Hearts, Lee Reynolds, David Hohme, Amene, Yokoo, Porky, Mikey Lion and Koop will be performing at the Air Stage.

Elements becomes a place YOU call home and with YOUr pARTicipation, brings the other 4 elements to life.

This four-day festival includes interactive activities and games related to arts as well as health and wellness for the fifth element.
